Internet Regulation, Net Neutrality

Internet Regulation - C-SPAN Video Library: Telecommunications law experts and open Internet advocates profiled the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit case, Verizon v. Federal Communication Commission. The case focuses on net neutrality, and whether the Federal Communications Commission has the authority to regulate Internet service providers under the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
