Why Did The Secret Service Take Over Aaron Swartz's Case Two Days Before He Was Arrested | Techdirt: " . . . some highly unusual activity in the case. It had to do with Swartz's motion to get some of the evidence blocked from being used in the case, over questions concerning how it was collected.
